SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING SCOPE & CARRIERS
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for large furniture items). To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with top-tier logistics providers:
- Small Items/Parts: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
- Large Items (Mattresses & Chairs): Specialized freight carriers and LTL (Less Than Truckload) providers to ensure heavy items are handled with care.
2. ORDER CUTOFF TIME
Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). During the handling period, we verify your order, conduct quality checks on the furniture, and prepare the packaging for secure transport.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for orders within the United States. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the transit time is estimated between 3 – 7 business days. Total delivery time is estimated between 4–10 business days.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours. Manlyelegance is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A delivery is considered successful when the carrier marks the tracking status as “Delivered.” For large items like mattresses, a signature may be required upon arrival.
9. DELAYS IN SHIPPING
While we aim for punctuality, delays may occur due to external factors such as extreme weather or carrier spikes. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.
10. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Your satisfaction is our priority.
- Damaged on Arrival: If your mattress or chair arrives damaged, please contact us at support@manlyelegance.shop within 48 hours. Manlyelegance will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover all return shipping costs, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra charge to you.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact our support team within 3 business days after checking with neighbors or building management.
