CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING OVERVIEW
Most orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Our daily cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST). Once an order enters the shipping stage, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS
You may request a full cancellation of your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Requests are most likely to be successful if made within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order via email at support@manlyelegance.shop.
3. ORDER MODIFICATION REQUESTS
If your order has not been shipped, we can assist with swapping a model/color or adjusting product quantities. Price differences will either be invoiced separately or refunded to your original payment method.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase if you discover an address error.
5. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED
Once a tracking number has been generated and the order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you no longer want the items, you must receive the delivery and follow our standard Return & Refund Policy (please note that return shipping costs apply for remorse/preference returns).
