RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Manlyelegance, your satisfaction with our mattresses and chairs is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and protective covers.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you received your shipment to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. ELIGIBLE & NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

  • Eligible: All standard mattresses and chairs purchased directly from [manlyelegance.com].
  • Non-Eligible:
    • Items that show clear signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.
    • Items missing original packaging or parts.
    • Custom-made or personalized furniture.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@manlyelegance.shop. In your email, please provide:

  • Your Order Number (e.g., #ME1234).
  • The Reason for the return.
  • Photos of the item (if reporting damage or a defect).

5. RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  • Packaging: Please ensure the mattress or chair is securely packed in its original box or an equivalent sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.
  • Courier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during the return journey.

6. RETURN FEES & COSTS

We aim to make your experience as fair as possible:

  • Restocking Fees: $0.00 (We do not charge restocking fees).
  • Processing Fees: $0.00 (We do not charge any administrative fees for returns).
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Customer Remorse / Preference Returns: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item if they change their mind, purchase the wrong size, or no longer want the product.
    • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or our shipping error, Manlyelegance will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. The customer will incur $0.00 in shipping fees.

7. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days.

8. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like a different model or color:

  • Follow the return process for the original item.
  • Place a new order for the replacement item on our website.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your mattress or chair arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and provide a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost to you.

10. INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item and ship the correct product to you right away.

11. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

12. ORDER CANCELLATION

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
