6. Instructions for Returning Products

  1. Repackage the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping.
  2. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation in the return package.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

7. Return Shipping Costs

We offer free processing and free warehouse handling for all returns. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment processor.

9. Product Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, you will need to send the original item back and place a new order for the replacement product. Please follow the return instructions above.

10. Damaged or Defective Products
